"India is.." is an initiative launched by The Public Diplomacy Division of the Ministry of External Affairs. The initiative is aimed in gathering the different perspectives that people have on India. This is a video challenge. All you need to do is create a 3 minute video based on the 3 themes laid down by the organization and then upload to http://www.indiais.org/. You need not be a professional photographer or a film maker. All you need to have is a camera and a passion to show India differently and creatively.Themes
